Smallville, Iloilo city

Bar-hopping at Smallville

We stayed at Starbucks for a hot cup of Cafe Mocha and two (2) slices of cakes for desserts right after having a satisfying dinner at Plazuella de Iloilo. By 10 pm we moved out and got a cab to Smallville located in Mandurriao. It was a lot livelier and busier than Plazuela. I tell you if you want to experience night out with friends here in Iloilo, this is the right place to be in.

Kopiroti is the first coffeehouse we saw in Smallville Strip. We heard music all around the place both from live bands and disco music.

Within the vicinity of Westown Hotel is the El Dorado Waterpark. Family members and friends surrounding the big pool in the waterpark surely enjoyed the ambiance and the relaxing sights of the park.

At the right side of the park are the rooms for the visitors facing the big pool. At the left side of the park is a small pool for kids.

Pirates Bar and Restaurant at Smallville was full of people on that night. We never found an empty table for us inside, so instead, we chose to stay for 15 minutes inside listening their live band.

This part of Smallville called The Avenue Complex where restaurants lined up starting from heavy meal down to sweet desserts and coffee. There are tables and chairs placed at the middle of the alley so people have no worries if there are no available tables inside their chosen resto, desserts place and coffee house.
On the left, Bauhinia and Nothing But Desserts were filled with young people. On the right, you can see the Bourbon Street famous for its baby back ribs.

We have reached the end point of Smallville by midnight. Behind us is a new building (I guess..) wherein ground floor is not fully occupied yet.

We had a great time that night despite the very tiring travel from a summer escapade in Guimaras. Just like the other cities in the country Ilonggos are now loving the night life!

Truly, more fun in the Philippines!!

Until next time, God bless!
