Afternoon Snacks at 21 Restaurant
Another famous restaurant along Lacson Street in Bacolod City is the 21 Restaurant. This is a fine-dining restaurant which provides the best delicacies of the city. The restaurant is also famous for its Batchoy, a noodle soup with thin slices of pork, pork liver, pork chicharon and egg. Most of the time when we come here for batchoy, the ingredients are already out of stock especially during rainy days, which shows how good their batchoy is.
One afternoon we decided to stop by and have some hot batchoy and cheese sticks for our afternoon snacks. Cheese sticks and batchoy are our favorites here and are at very reasonable costs. Aside from their best delicacies, the restaurant is a nice and cozy place for all diners who wish to have a comfortable place while enjoying their favorite meals. The place is very clean, the service is good and the food is a must try.

the cakes and some desserts

21 Restaurant also offers a good variety of desserts, such as black sambo, and cakes. Instead of going out to look for desserts after your meal, you can try their special desserts instead.
Their Batchoy has three (3) varieties the Regular Batchoy, Special Batchoy and Super Special Batchoy. The Regular Batchoy contains the basic ingredients, the Special Batchoy has liver added and the Super Special Batchoy has liver and bone marrow added.

Cheese Sticks

Their cheese sticks are the best that I have ever tasted. There are six (6) sticks per serving and filled with melted cheese at the center. The sauce is very good as well and matches perfectly with the cheese.
Well, life is always good when spent with nice foods in a nice place. Best foods in the city are just around the corner, such as 21 Restaurant.
More stories to tell and pictures to share next time. Until next time, God bless!
Truly, more fun in the Philippines!
